Henry Garthwaite - Business Development Manager
Henry has been the Business Development Manager for the Carbon Trust Standard since March 2008.  He joined the Carbon Trust in June 2006 and has led a wide range of engagements with large corporates (principally in Financial Services, Professional Services and Utilities) to reduce their carbon emissions and to help them engage with the issues and opportunities of a low carbon economy and a changing climate.  Prior to the Carbon Trust, Henry spent 12 years leading, designing and implementing large change management programmes.
 

Adam Leaver - Business Development Executive
Based in the London office, Adam is one of our Business Development Executives and joined in August 2008.  Adam studied Environmental Science and worked for a utility consultancy before spending 10 years selling a variety of telecommunications services to businesses and charities.  Before moving to the Carbon Trust Standard he was working for BT Local Business.
 

John Newton - Business Development Executive
Since October 2008, John has been a key member of the team responsible for recruiting organisations to achieve the Carbon Trust Standard and is based in the London office. John principally engages large private and public sector organisations, initially to assess their readiness to achieve certification and thereafter advising these organisations of the methodology and managing the process through assessment. 
Lazar Armianov - Business Development Executive
Lazar has been part of the Carbon Trust Standard team as a Business Development Executive since May 2010. Prior to joining us, Lazar worked as a Business Development and Operations Consultant for IDEAcarbon, where he helped the company develop, redesign and market its product base and services. Additionally, Lazar has over three years’ experience at the Corporate Executive Board, selling finance consultancy to Chief Financial Officers across Europe and South Africa.
Nicola Gibbons - Business Development Executive
Based at the Carbon Trust Customer Centre in Oxford, Nicola joined the Carbon Trust in June 2008 as an Account Manger and moved to the Carbon Trust Standard team in April 2009 as a Business Development Executive.
